The WINR token operates on a utility model that aims to establish a circular cycle of supply and demand. This model ensures that token holders are incentivized to contribute to the continuous development and progress of the protocol.

Validators of the sequencer must lock an amount of WINR to take part as a validator and receive half of the transaction costs paid in WINR. The other half of the transaction costs in WINR are burned forever.

WINR holders have the option to stake their tokens as either WINR or vWINR. By doing so, they can receive bribes paid out by WLP on each bet, up to 1.25% of the wager size. It is important for WLP to have sufficient volume in order to generate profits.

This is a cost that platforms must bear, much like how web2 platforms cover server and backend costs. Furthermore, they will reap the benefits of deep liquidity provided by WLP, account abstraction, provably fair on-chain RNG, and numerous other features offered by the protocol.

Platforms operating on the WINR Chain are required to add WINR to a smart contract in order to cover the gas fees generated by their users' bets.
